Date: January 24th Friday “At First Light“. All skill levels, Paint a whimsical, lush forest scene using a natural sea sponge, color glazes and fan brush. Learn to paint trees, rocks, bushes, light rays, basic water and small waterfalls.
January 25th Saturday, “Baby Steps”. Beginner/Intermediate. Paint this cute red-eyed tree frog dipping his toes into the water.
Time: 9 AM to 4 PM each day
Location: Holy Spirit Lutheran Church, 6670 W. Cheyenne Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89108
You Get: A Talented, enthusiastic, and fun teacher. Full color pattern packet with step-by-step pictures. Paints for the project (Grumbacher acrylics), canvas (no prep required), A surprise package, light morning snacks, and lunches provided.
Bring: Normal painting supplies (brushes, water bin, paper towel, tracing paper, palette, etc).
Who Can Attend? Registration is open to SSA members and non-members.
Seminar Cost: $100 for SSA members and $125 for non-members. Your check or cash of $50 ($65 for non-members) will secure your place. Balance of payment is due no later then December 31, 2024. Mail your check to Pat Gettemeyer made payable to Silver State Artists.
